Job Purpose:
Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing product while maintaining a consistent work flow.
Job Duties:
ShippingTransfers, repack/restyle transfersReceivingPacked Product, purchased product, repack/restyle productPrepares items for shipment to cold storage while verifying information against packing instructionsEnforce Moonlight Companies Food Safety ProgramCommunicate daily with packing and sales departmentMaintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use and knowledge of all equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Enforce and encourage Moonlight Companies' safety program as well as the use of required safety equipmentResponsibilities and DutiesPerform cleaning of area assigned.
Follows all food safety principles and legal requirementsWorks in a safe manner, observing all safety requirementsOther duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
